Confirmations Tab
The Confirmations tab on the Activities view displays meetings or phone calls that
other users have invited you to attend and enables you to accept or decline these
activities. If the activity leader changes the activity's date, time, or duration,
you will need to confirm or decline the changed activity.
In other situations, such as when another user accepts an activity you scheduled
or a literature request has been fulfilled, items appear on the Confirmations tab
that you can view and then remove.
How Do I?
- On the Activities view, click Confirmations.
If necessary, use the filters to narrow the list.
- Click Detail.
- Select a record.
The Details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with detailed information about the selected record.
- To hide the Details pane, click Hide Detail.
- Click Summary.
- To return to the List view, click List.View the summary paneClick Summary.To return to the List view, click List.
- Do one of the following:
- In the Summary view or Details pane click the appropriate Accept button.
- Select the confirmation you want to accept and in the Task Pane Common Tasks area click Accept Confirmation.
- Right-click the confirmation you want to accept and select Accept Confirmation.

Click the New link next to the confirmation you want to accept.
- Follow the steps for accepting an activity.
- Do one of the following:
- In the Summary view or Details pane click the appropriate Decline button.
- Select the confirmation you want to accept and in the Task Pane Common Tasks area click Decline Confirmation.
- Right-click the confirmation you want to accept and select Decline Confirmation.

Click the New link next to the confirmation you want to accept.
- Follow the steps for declining an activity.

Select the activity you want to delete and, in the Task Pane Common Tasks area, click Delete Confirmation.
- Click OK.
- Select the confirmations you want to delete.

In the Task Pane Common Tasks area click Delete Confirmation.
- Click OK.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Phone Call.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click Phone Call.
- Follow the steps to schedule a phone call.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Meeting.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click Meeting.
- Follow the steps to schedule a meeting.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click To-Do.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click To-Do.
- Follow the steps to schedule a to-do.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Personal Activity.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click Personal Activity.
- Follow the steps to schedule a personal activity.
