Literature Tab

The Literature tab in the Activities view lists literature requests scheduled by a selected user or users. Literature can include catalogues, brochures, advertisements, and so on.

How Do I?

View literature requests

1. Open the Activities view.
2. Click the Literature tab.
   A list appears of all literature requests, you can access.
3. If necessary, use the filters to narrow the list.
4. Click View to open a literature request or right-click a request and click Open Literature Request.

View or hide the details pane

1. Click Detail.
   
2. Select a record.
   The Details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with detailed information about the selected record.

3. To hide the Details pane, click Hide Detail.

View the summary pane

1. Click Summary.
2. To return to the List view, click List.

Schedule a literature request

1. Do one of the following:

   • In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Request.
   • Right-click in the grid and click Schedule Request.
2. Follow the steps to schedule a literature request.
