Adding an Attachment

1. Open the Attachments tab.
2. Click the Add File button.
3. If the Attach File dialog box opens, click Browse.
4. Navigate to the file you want to add, and then click Open.
5. In the Description box, enter a description for the attachment if the file name is not clear.
6. Click OK.

This feature may require the installation of the Desktop Integration Module.

1. Browse to the file you want to add.
2. Drag the file and drop it onto the appropriate record detail view.

The Add Attachment(s) dialog box opens.

If prompted to install Infor CRM Desktop Integration and you want to use this feature, click Yes and follow the steps to install Infor CRM Desktop Integration. In order to complete the install you will be prompted to close all browser windows and Microsoft Outlook.

2. In the Description box, enter a description for the file if the default description is not clear.

3. Click OK.

1. Open the Attachments tab.
2. Click the Add URL button.
3. In the URL box, type the complete URL address.
4. In the Description box, enter a description.
5. Click OK.
   Both a description and URL are required.
