Ticket Activity Parts

1. Open the Ticket Detail view.
2. Click the Ticket Activity Parts tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

1. Select the record you want to remove and click the Remove button..

• Select the record you want to copy and click the Copy Part button.

A copy of the selected part appears in the grid.

• Click Edit Ticket Activity next to the ticket activity part associated with the ticket activity you want to edit.
  The Edit Ticket Activity view opens.
