Account Information Boxes

The account information boxes contain information about the selected account. You can edit or delete the information as needed.  

Box Description/Action
Account A company with which you have a current or potential business relationship.
Division The division in the company to which the account belongs.
Address

Address or location of the account. Click the EditClosed button, to open the Edit Address dialog box.

To view a map of the address, click the MapQuestClosed button.

Main Main telephone number for account. Click in the box, and then type any changes.
Fax Fax number for account. Click in the box, and then type any changes.
Toll Free Toll Free phone number for account. Click in the box, and then type any changes.
Web URL Web address for the account. Click in the box, and type any changes. To open the contact's Web site, click the WWWClosed button.
Owner User or team of users with access rights to the account. Click the FindClosed button to find the user or team within your organization that has access to the account.
Acc. Manager The person or team within your organization that manages the account relationship.Click the FindClosed button to find the user or team within your organization to manage the account relationship.
Type Category of the account. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
Sub Type The sub-category of the account. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
Status

Account’s current situation. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.

As an example, the list might contain Active, Dormant, On Credit Hold.

Industry The account's industry. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
Desc. of Business A description of the account's business.
