Past Due Tab
The Past Due tab in the Activities view displays all of your past due activities. An activity is considered past due when the scheduled start time has expired and the activity does not have an alarm.
How Do I?
- Click Detail.
- Select a record.
The Details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with detailed information about the selected record.
- To hide the Details pane, click Hide Detail.
- Click Summary.
- To return to the List view, click List.
Use the shortcut menu
- Do one of the following:
- In the Summary view or Details pane click the Complete button for the activity you want to delete.
- Select the activity you want to complete and in the Task Pane Common Tasks area click Complete Activity.
- Right-click the activity you want to complete and select Complete Activity.
- Follow the steps for completing an activity.
Complete multiple activities

Select the activity you want to delete and, in the Task Pane Common Tasks area, click Delete Activity.
- Click OK.
- Select the activities you want to delete.

In the Task Pane Common Tasks area click Delete Activity.
- Click OK.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Phone Call.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click Phone Call.
- Follow the steps to schedule a phone call.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Meeting.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click Meeting.
- Follow the steps to schedule a meeting.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click To-Do.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click To-Do.
- Follow the steps to schedule a to-do.

Do one of the following:
- In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Personal Activity.
- Right-click in the grid, point to Schedule and click Personal Activity.
- Follow the steps to schedule a personal activity.
