Adding a Contract

Use the Insert New Contract view to create a contract record. Use the copy button to quickly create a new record with similar information.

Your security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users may not access full functionality.

To add a contract

  1. Open the Insert New Contract viewClosed.

  2. Complete the contract information boxes.
  3. Click SaveClosed.
  4. If necessary, use the Covered Assets tab to associate any assets to the contract.
