Merge Contacts

(Accounting Integration Only) The Merge Contacts screen displays contacts that you are either merging in Infor CRM or linking an account you are to the customer you selected in an accounting system. Use this screen to create links and merge your contacts within Infor CRM or between Infor CRM and integrated accounting system contact records.

To select

1. Open the Linking wizard or Merge Records wizard and proceed through the previous screens.

2. Complete the Merge Contacts screen.

   Box	Description/Action
   Unlinked Contacts from	Displays contacts that are available to link from an account or account integration. Click Select to select contact details.
   Unlinked Contacts from	Displays contacts that are available to link from another account or account integration. Click Select to select contact details.
   Link button	Select an unlinked contact from each list, and then click Link to create a connection.
   Linked Contacts	Displays the list of matches. Some contacts may be listed automatically based on your match criteria. Click Unlink to clear the proposed link and create a new link. Click Select to display the contact data fields in the source and target systems.

3. Click Next.
