Using the Return Ship To Details Tab
Use this tab to add information about replacement products being shipped to the customer as part of the selected return. The customer's information is added from the return information, but you can select a different contact to receive the shipped replacement parts.
How Do I?

In the Contact box, click the Find

button and use the lookup to select an alternate contact to receive the replacement product(s).
- Use the Ship Via and Tracking # boxes to include additional shipping information.
- In the Attention box, type the customer's name or other information needed to send the replacement product(s).

Click the Address Edit

button to add or change the shipping address.
- Type any special shipping instruction in the Special Instructions box.

Click Save

- Under Assets to Ship, click Delete next to the item you want to remove.

Click OK.
