Using the Return Ship To Details Tab

Use this tab to add information about replacement products being shipped to the customer as part of the selected return. The customer's information is added from the return information, but you can select a different contact to receive the shipped replacement parts.

How Do I?

Open the Ship To Details tabClosed
Change the Ship To contact informationClosed
Add a product being shipped to the customerClosed
Edit a product being shipped to the customer Closed
Delete a product being shipped to the customer Closed
