Deleting a Contract

If you have the appropriate permissions, no tickets are associated with the contract, and the contract is not active, you can delete an unused contract for an account.

To delete

Open the Contract Detail view.
Do the following:

If the contract has associated tickets that are not closed you should close out the tickets before deleting the contract.
If the contract Active box is selected, clear the check mark.

Click Delete.
Click OK.
